Fairness is one of my core values. Preserving a planet worth living on for our kids is therefore a matter of heart for me. Nosh provides this goal with a somewhat friendlier forecast for the future.

The climate emergency is showing that we simply cannot keep doing things as usual. Our food system contributes significantly to the emission of greenhouse gases, at the same time that it drives deforestation and land conflicts in developing countries. Helping to build a more sustainable, climate resilient and socially responsible food system is what drove me to found Nosh.bio.

Having worked for several years in management consulting, serving clients in the biotech and chemicals industries, I am excited to apply my skills and experience at the forefront of biotech and sustainable protein development, helping to position Nosh for future growth.

As a passionate biotechnology engineer I wanted to set up new production processes for sustainable food production based on my professional experience. The Nosh founders giving me trust and confidence to work in an expiring environment and be part of a great team.

After 15 years in the digital world I was thrilled to join a company working on a tangible product. Being new to the area of Foodtech it is incredible to see the potential and possible impact we can have on a healthier future at a large scale. Paired with such an ambitious, driven and wonderful team working towards the same goal I am as proud as I could be to be part of that.

Arriving in Berlin, I wanted to join a fast-moving multicultural start-up, made up of passionate people with a brilliant and caring spirit, who share common values and drivers, and who use collective intelligence daily to make a positive impact on global and cross-generational issue, climate change.
